Emi Wright is a Utah native* with Mexican* roots. She wandered through courses of Chinese, Chemistry, and everything in between at the University of Utah until she arrived at Michael Gills’ Novel Writing Workshop. There she discovered an affinity for storytelling and wrote her first novel, Alegría. Emi enjoys the single college life while she awaits her reunion with her long-distance love, Don Joe of La Mancha. She owes everything to God, including the blessing of belonging to the wonderful Wright family. It is for them she writes.
